Ingredients (for 4 persons):

• ½ Side of salmon

• 1 tsp.    Brown sugar

• 1 tsp.    Lemon pepper

• 1 tsp.    Salt

• 4 Lime slices

• 1 Cedar wood plank


  1. Wash the fish and place with the skin side on the unwatered plank of wood.
  2. Sprinkle with the seasoning. Finally
    spread the lime slices evenly.
  3. Over medium heat, place the fish
    together with the plank directly onto the grill. Grill with the lid closed for 20 minutes. The fish should have a core temperature of about 58 °C for serving. This can vary according to taste.
  4. The grilled food is flavoured in this type of grilling in two ways: through the direct contact with the plank, the grilled food takes on the flavour of the cedar wood, and through the smoke produced by the cedar wood, a very pleasant smoky flavour is added
